The aim of the course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement and effectively manage projects in the field of creative industries. This includes learning how to define project goals and objectives, develop action plans and timelines, build and manage project teams, create budgets, and efficiently allocate resources. The course also covers risk assessment and crisis management. Students will explore both local and international funding sources and models, and will gain hands-on experience in preparing project proposals.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to structure their ideas into project frameworks and develop full project documentation.
Target Audience:
Creative individuals with at least a secondary or higher education background, B1 level English proficiency, and basic knowledge of office software and internet usage.
