The goal of the course - One of the important areas of the creative industries sector is cultural heritage, especially the subtle sphere, with special protective mechanisms and regulations. About 30% of the territory of Georgia is located in the protected zone of cultural heritage, both in the capital and in the regions. Up to 8000 buildings have the status of a cultural heritage site, including up to 900 national category monuments.
The course aims to instruct students on implementing and managing projects within the creative industries. This includes identifying goals and objectives, crafting project action plans and timelines, assembling and overseeing creative teams, managing budgets and resource allocation effectively, and conducting risk assessments and crisis management.
