Graduates of the vocational training program
The vocational training program “Project Management in Creative Industries” at Kettari Academy has come to an end. According to the students, the course was interesting, inspiring, and most importantly, results-oriented.
Luka Japaridze:
I didn’t know anything about Kettari Academy at first, but after doing some research, I decided to enroll. At the academy, I met fascinating people and learned how to write projects and approach them effectively. Now, many ideas that used to spin around in my head are finally making it onto paper. And getting them on paper is already an achievement.
Tatia Demetrashvili:
After studying marketing and management and gaining significant experience, I became interested in various branches of art and wanted to grow in that direction. I believe I chose the right course at the right time.
Alexander Megrelishvili:
Beyond the engaging interaction with fellow students, it was extremely valuable to hear the perspectives and experiences of professional mentors. This course helped me see things from multiple views —not only in terms of my own project, but also from the perspective of other initiatives. I learned to act more cautiously and strategically, and I regained my self-confidence.
Nino Gogua:
My expectation was to gain a general understanding of project management—how to prepare, structure, formulate, and implement an idea to turn it into a real project. This expectation was fully met. The warm and open environment created by the amazing professionals became something truly valuable to me.
Nino Gogsadze:
The course helped me systematize the project management process, define goals, and understand the steps needed to achieve them. It gave me the confidence to tackle complex challenges and successfully complete projects. I also came up with new ideas for future projects, and some of my thoughts aligned with other team members, leading us to begin working together on several initiatives.
Tinatin Goghoberidze:
The most valuable and interesting skill I gained during the course was learning how to write and manage a project from the initial idea all the way through to implementation. I learned how to develop a project concept, plan its stages, prepare a structured proposal, and write an effective project that can secure funding and be successfully realized.
In addition, the course taught me how to plan budgets, define goals and objectives clearly, communicate strategically with partners and funding sources, and manage risks. With this knowledge, I now feel much more confident in writing and executing creative and other types of projects.
