Course Goal – To introduce the audience to the business environment, the market, and the actors that influence it. The course aims to serve as a guide through which the listeners will be able to take their first steps in business. It will explore how theoretically discussed topics can be implemented in practice. The attendees will gain an understanding of a business plan, learn what a business plan is, who the potential users of a business plan are, what parts it consists of, and how to prepare it. The listeners will become familiar with the components of a business plan and will be able to describe the business, market, customers, and competitors. They will also learn how to prepare a financial model, analyze it, and make decisions based on the analysis.

Trainer – Mindia Gaprindashvili, graduate of the Business School (ESM) of the Free University. He has been a guest lecturer at Free and Agricultural Universities since 2011. In addition to his academic work, he has 15 years of experience in the private sector. He has worked as a financial director for large Georgian business groups as well as in international investment projects.
