Course Objective
Design management has already become one of the most in-demand directions in the construction and development industry. It ensures proper, consistent, and efficient management of the planning and implementation processes of a project — especially when it comes to the creation of multifunctional buildings.
The goal of the course is to help project managers strengthen their ability to effectively integrate and coordinate architectural, structural, engineering, and other disciplines. The course will prepare professionals to fully plan and manage all the procedures necessary for a construction project — from concept to realization.
